Wenge & Maple Bowls

I bought some 24" Wenge and Maple strips of wood and cut them down the length to have some strips of wood 1cm thick (but still 24" long).
I then cut these into 4 to make a selection of 6" strips and glued them togeteher longitudinally ro form 4 6" squares.
I then used 3 of them to turn bowls of different shapes which are listed below.
The 4th, I cut diagonally in both directions and glued a thin strip of Wenge in the cuts to form a diagonal cross in the wood. I then turned this into a bowl (see at the bottom example).
