Cat Bells

We parked up near Hawes End and started walking in a Southerley direction in a vaguely clockwise direction.
The first ascent was up Skelgill Bank then on to Cat Bells. Over the top of Maiden Moor and on to High Spy.
Dropped down to Dale Head Tarn below Dale Head the turned right and followed the Gill past the waterfall to Little Town and round to Hawes End where we started the walk.

Weather was good throughout with only a light spitting shower for a few minutes on Maiden Moor.

The Route
Distance = approx 9 miles
