Wales 2016
The weekend of the 2nd & 3rd of April saw a rideout to North Wales.
The Rideout Boys met at The Moorlands pub at Owler Bar and the weather did not look too good.
Rather damp to say the least but the forecast was that this it would ease through the morning and be fine at lunchtime.
No such luck!
It rained all the way to North Wales and didn't ease till around 15:00 in the afternoon.
We stopped off at J&S Motorcycle Accessories between Northwich & Chester for a welcome break but travelled on through the rain to North Wales.
Towards the end of the afternoon, the rain bated and we eventually got a decent ride in.
We ended up at The Royal Victoria in LLanberis where the heating was excellent aiding the drying out of our clothes.
In the evening, we walked into the town where we had a curry in "The Spice Of LLanberis" then on to the town's only pub (we could find) where you had to wipe your feet before you came out.
Despite the appearance from the outside (no... the inside was just as bad as well) we had a great time with the locals and we all survived the 'experience' and walked back to the hotel.
The next morning, we all had breakfast and looked forward to the ride home as the weather was looking a lot better for the duration of the day.
